Dian S. Kusdihardjo is a founding partner of Kusdihardjo & Partners in 2017. She graduated from the University of Indonesia Faculty of Law in 1994, and Trisakti University, Jakarta, Faculty of Economy in 1995, and earned Magister Hukum from the University of Indonesia in 2014.

Dian is an experienced corporate and capital markets lawyer, specializing in commercial & finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate & finance restructuring. In 2009, becoming an advisor to the Ministry of Finance for the issuance of sovereign foreign denominated debt instruments, and ISDA-based transactions, as well as the state owned companies and private companies.

Dian began her career at Lubis Ganie Surowidjojo law firm in 1994, and became one of founding partners of MMIK Law Office in 2004.

Dian is a licensed Advocate by the Indonesian Bar Association (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia/PERADI), registered as an Indonesian Capital Market Legal Consultant in the Indonesian Financial Authority Services (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan/OJK), and member of Capital Market Legal Consultant Association (Himpunan Konsultan Hukum Pasar Modal/HKHPM).

Dian speaks native Indonesian and fluent English.
